How to create a report on 'Sales rep' field by filtering date?

Hello,

My requirement is like :

One report should be created by Sales rep.
In that report, COUNT of NEW Leads, NEW Customers, NEW Contacts, Logged Email Addresses (on the contact), Phone Calls, Sales Visits (custom record), Mileage Summaries (custom record), Expense Reports, Competitive Pricing (custom record), and Quotes/Estimates will be shown.

And, report should be filtered by date.

All this information on one report would be good.

Can anyone help me how to do this?
