nlapiMergeRecord with freemarker template
Trying the freemarker template (v2.0 Beta) for the first time. A snippet in the template
....
Customer: ${case.company}
....
I thought that just by doing above, if I call nlapiMergeRecord in the following way
var mailBodyRec = nlapiMergeRecord('templateid,'supportcase',caseid);
..the case.company should be automatically replaced by the values from caseid record. That is not happening.
Even tried..
..
var dynamicVariables = {};
dynamicVariables['${case.company}'] = nlapiGetFieldValue('company');
..
var mailBodyRec = nlapiMergeRecord('28','supportcase',recId,null,null,dynamicVariables);
...of course wasn't expecting it to work.
So what am I missing?:h_a_w:
