Please note that on Friday, March 20, 2026, at 8:00 PM Pacific time, our Case Management System will undergo a scheduled maintenance for approximately 4 hours. During this time, case creation via SuiteAnswers will be unavailable and inbound calls will be routed to Customer Service.
Product Request List - Best Implementation
We maintain a product request list as we are always creating new products at the request of our customers.
We have a custom record for the product request. We would like to associate a list of customers/contacts/etc, who are interested in the product, so we can notify them if we start development, have an ETA or once we release the product.
We may have 500 in development (or requested) at any one time.
Any thoughts on the best implementation? Additional child list off our our product request with Entity or customer field, then iterate through them to e-mail?
Is there a better way?
