Is it possible to use formula to change an item's price list?

I have some new products. When they are returned, I want to use a custom checkbox field to mark it as a "returned" item. Meanwhile, the returned item's price will be automatically given a 10% discount.

Or can I use a Saved Search to filter those marked items and list them in a page with a discounted price?
