nlapiSearchRecord Project tasks resource/assignee sublist

Simple question: how you use nlapiSearchRecord to get the contents of a sublist?

I want to search the Project Tasks record and get the values of the Assignees Sublist. Specifically the resource name(s).

I haven't been able to find anythign that work here or in NS help.
