get field values of of the fixed asset (related asset) record
Earlier a puzzzle, but now solved.
For anyone who desire to do the same...
To get the Value (or text) from these columns fields of Related Asset on the transaction Item sublist:

[*]FA Custom record id: customrecord_ncfar_asset?
[*]'custcol1' field contains a value sourced from a custom field (custrecord_area in decimal) on Fixed Asset record.
