Permissions for Audience/Available Filters in Saved Search

I'm attempting to allow a role to have access to do two things:

Customize the audience on a saved search

Click the "Show in footer" checkbox (specifically for transaction date, if it matters)

Both of these are obviously available on the admin account, but not on the role. I didn't see anything extra in the Report or Transaction section that would allow this. Does anyone happen to know which permission type is directly related to these two?
