Getting Item Locations Average Cost through scripting

I'm having trouble figuring out how to get values from an item Locations tab.  First off, I'm not even sure what type of sublist this is, could anyone clarify that. 

Next, I'm not sure how I would go about getting the average cost value for a specific location. 

The goal is to get the average cost for location "ABQ Warehouse" in a mass update script running on item record.  Currently we're using the main item average cost but I need to start using the average cost for just one of our locations.

Any ideas?
