Triggering a workflow
I have a work flow that looks at two fields and sums them and then store the result in another location. The first field is "Available" and the second field is a custom field showing stock at our supplier. The third field is a custom field showing the total available of my stock and my suppliers stock.
If I edit an item the totals update but when I sell something or change the suppliers stock via a CSV update the workflow does not run and update.
What settings do I need to make this work. At the moment the work flow is set to Trigger on All, and the action is set to Trigger on entry. I have also set "Do not exit workflow".
