Add Customer ID to Precede Subject Title in Emails?
Hi,
It has been requested of me to look into the possibility of adding our Customer's ID to automatically precede the subject headline for particular emails (invoices, etc.). This is to help with matching up documents internally for us. I've looked into different forms and seen nothing to indicate that I could add this anywhere. In fact, I couldn't even find the email templates that we use to send out those particular emails.
Is this something that is possible? I was thinking that the customerid record could be called in the HTML layout for the invoices, but I don't have a key to show me the name of the record or where it'd be called from.
