Funcionality missing in Reference My account when compared with plain Sitebuilder

Hello,

After installing Reference My account on a Sitebuilder site, i found that some of the links like "Make Payment", print a statement, see estimates and "Enter an Order " are missing , is there a way i can get them ?
I installed Bundle ID: 69018 and version: 1.05.1 , or is there something i am missing,
