Custom sub-tab on support case form with item list?
We would like to have better item-level reporting for our support case management. What I would like to do is add a sub-tab to our custom support case form that has line items, just like a sales order transaction. This would give us the ability to associate multiple items to a support case. We would then create some custom column fields for this sub-tab for specific information related to that line-item.
A few notes of detail:
1.) The line items should source from our item list just like a sales transaction.
2.) These lines should not have any GL impact at all; they are purely for recording and reporting on the support cases.
