Purchase Order Approvals (Select All)

When I use SuiteFlow I to approve my Purchase Orders I was expecting the standard reminder for Approve PO's to not function. A user recently showed me that our account has a working link that shows them available workflow actions that can be submitted. Is this custom work performed in my account i cant track down or something inherent to the SuiteFlow enablement?
