Advanced PDF/HTML Templates: Discounts and Promo/Coupon Codes

We have the Company > Printing & Fax preference for  PRINT DISCOUNT AND SHIPPING LINES IN COLUMNS set to true, and this seems to work fine in most cases. However, it seems, where we have a Promo/Coupon Code selected as well, the discount populates but does not show as a line.

Would anyone know why?
