Creating branded forms for NetSuite customers

My company would like create custom forms and push those out to many NetSuite customers; for example, forms that have our logo and UI look and feel. Seems like we could use SuiteBundler to push those customization's out.
But, I am having trouble understanding how we could go about creating those custom forms with our look and feel. Do we do this via SuiteScript and Suitelets? Can we incorporate Bootstrap into any HTML or pages we create?
