How to fire Bronto transactional email from Netsuite
We're developing a customized pick-up in store feature that requires that the customer receive an email when their web order arrives in one of our retail stores.
We are a Bronto customer. Given that Bronto was purchased by Netsuite, I assumed this would be relatively easy to have the transactional email delivered by Bronto. However, I do not see any API hooks or anything that would allow us to easily fire a Bronto transactional email.
In fact, Bronto's API is a relatively heavy SOAP/Web Services API, and the only SuiteScript examples I've seen of this require manually writing the XML by hand and posting it. It's really ugly and potentially fragile.
