Change the default attachment when sending an email
Is there a way to change the default attachment when sending an email? Is there a simple script that will address this issue? I try searching for it on SuiteAnswers but I don't see any sample script.
When I click on a Sales Order and I go to the Email option. I switch over to the Attachment tab, it automatically checkmark next to "Include Attachment" and you can choose type Default, Html, PDF, Inline-Above, Inline-Below. Is there a way to change the default formnumber? So right now it will send a pdf attachment of the form used to make the Sales Order. I want the pdf attached to always use the formnumber = 196 no matter which form the person selects to make the SO. Is that possible?
