Advanced Printing Layouts and other templates

After all the other threads for the advanced printing and the wonkyness of the built in editor I was thinking it would sure be nice if I could just write the code for these layouts in the IDE, upload them directly to NS and bypass the text editor.

Of course, this would require being able to get at them like scripts and to be able to point a project to a higher/different cabinet than SuiteScripts. Sure would be nice, though.
