Mimic "Library Script Files" in SuiteCloud IDE for the purposes of debugging

My company is using configuration files for common functions/variables, and we're including them in netsuite via the Library Script File interface on a script. My question is, how can I mimic this behavior for debugging via Suite Cloud IDE? When I try to debug, my files error out because the variables defined in the library files don't exist for that run.
