Two issues, Comments no longer automatically truncates the text, User Notes are

Is there a way to change the default amount of characters than can be viewed in the USER NOTES? because right now we have to click on VIEW HISTORY and open a second window to be able to read all the notes. I do like how you have two tabs for SYSTEM NOTES and USER NOTES. Looking good so far.:D
