Reconcile Bank Statement

Hi,

I have been reconciling last months bank statement and have noticed that there are about 5-6 orders that came through the website that have no billing (credit card) information and have been processed and sent out.

I know they were placed on the web because they were given a reference number of something like 672-57675 and I can find the conformation e-mails that are cc to me when an order is placed.

Any ideas why and or how this is happening.
