Sales Team/Split Commission Feature

Curious if anyone is utilizing the sales team feature that comes with the commission/incentive module?
If you have, was just curious if you've ran into any problems with it that you've submitted cases on? Or any problems with it that you turned the feature off?
For NS employee: are there any cases open on the sales team feature?
