Calls and Notes in Calendar?!
I was so excited to discover that you can now attach a phone call or note directly to a transaction!
My excitement was VERY short lived, though, after I realized that each and every call or note ever entered shows up on the calender of the person who entered it. If you log hundreds of calls/notes a week, your calendar becomes pretty useless, b/c you'll have to search through the clutter to actually see any real events or appointments.
I was on the phone with support for -- you guessed, it -- a really long time yesterday and was told there's no way to avoid this. So now, not only can we not add a call or note to a transaction... we can't add ANY calls or notes ANYWHERE, b/c it'll screw up our calendar!
