a reminder about customer service

This is a reminder about customer service.  Never argue with your customer. 
Even if your customer is wrong.  What is wrong with businesses these days ?  It is not just NS, although I do run into it.  I've been using NS since November of 2001.  NS has many new employees.  If I distinctly remember something from way back when, and should customer service argue with me that it was never a feature ? should they argue with me that I set some custom setting, when I'm probably the most plain-jane business running NS?
I must be getting old and cranky, and 48 was never considered "that" old.
