Release Notes Features Not Implemented Yet

NetSuite PMs,

Spent over 1 hour trying to get a feature to work that's listed in the release notes, only to find out today that the feature hasn't been implemented in this version of V11 (after waiting 48 minutes to be connected and the support rep taking another 40 minutes to come back with that answer).

It would save NetSuite users the aggravation of waiting on hold and the NetSuite support reps the time that could be better used elsewhere, if it's possible to get a list of those things that are in the release notes that weren't implemented from NetSuite. Then we won't be trying to get something to work that can't work. The add-on to that first request is, how will NetSuite let us know when those features have been working.
