Restrict View Not Working for Locations

Is anyone else having this issue: When we go into Set Preferences & click on Restrict View and choose a location & check Include sub-locations & Include Unassigned and hit Save, the Save doesn't take, it will work if you don't check the sub & unassigned box.
Also, we have a saved search for our Warehouse guys who have the Warehouse Role that restricts their view to just their warehouse, the search will no longer work for them, it does work in roles that don't have the restriction.
Anyone have any suggestions?
