Does Gold Support Really Count?

I am trying to get through to NS Support, this is my 3rd attempt. I hung up after 55 minutes then called back and waited over an hour, now I am at 34 minutes.

I keep getting kicked back to the operator, she is very nice and apologies profusely for the wait.
