When Netsuite Says Can Not Reproduce-Case Closed

Background on issue, (which luckily none of you seem to have):

Since version 11 we can not edit one event of a reoccuring event--if you change the time you ended up with two events on your calendar, if you try to delete it --it doesn't go away.  This applies to reoccuring events done in Version 10.5 and version 11.  It is a company wide problem and not affected by browser.  After logging a case-- netsuite called (very nice) as they could not duplicate it in their system. We did webex and they saw that it did occur for us.  The tech person also logged a case.  Well this morning I received
