Administrator Role -- Help!!!!

Hello all,

I took the Administrator role away from my login account account and can't seem to get it back?  I don't see it when I go to manage users, my user account, under "access".

I also don't see it when I go to "Mangage Roles".  Any help in guiding me back to it would be a lifesaver.  To make things worse we got upgraded last night to version 11 so I really need to get in there and make changes.
