Quantity Pricing - HELP

Good morning - Im a bit confused about quantity pricing. 

The online help for version 11  says "
To create a pricing schedule:
1.  Go to Lists > Accounting > Quantity Pricing Schedules > New

I have administrator rights and can't find this menu!!!

Additionally - I found another help document that says

Enabling Quantity Pricing
Quantity based pricing allows..... This feature is available in NetSuite Pro and NetERP.

To turn on Quantity Pricing:

Go to Setup > Company > Enable Features.
On the Sales Transaction tab, check the box for Quantity Pricing.
Click Save.



However according to the promotional material for version 11 - quantity pricing is standard in all netsuite products.
