Help!! Order Not Going Trough!!

Hello All,

We switched to Version 11 and my customers are getting the following error when the hit "Submit Order"

Notice

The transaction was entered successfully, but the following error occurred while sending the transaction email: Permission Violation: You need the 'Transactions -> Sales Order' permission to access this page. Please contact your account administrator.

Not sure what to do here??
