Is there a Bill Payment Stub Anywhere in this thing?

HELP!!!!!!!!!!Does anyone know of any Bill Payment stub/report that can be used to send to vendors when the amount of Bills Paid exceeds the printed check stub?  This list needs to contain Debits and Credits used on the payment.

We have worked on this for 4 months and cannot figure it out.  PLEASE HELP!![B][/B]
