delete all data??

hi all,

we are currently testing our system eg putting through Sales orders etc before we go live.  we have odvously changed some of the setup details and intend to delete all transactions before we go live.  If we use the the delete all data option under company will we loose all of the settings we have changed?  Or will it delete all data we have put in items, transactions etc but leave our setup changes intact?
