Credit Card Reconciliations Whacked

We just had our third (out of 5) credit card reconciliations screwed up in version 11.
All the printed reconciliations show a 0.00 Difference.
I didn't believe my finance guy, so I just did one myself.
Looked at the previous reconciliations and they were all fine. Then went and did a new reconciliation, and prior to hitting the Print button, the difference line read 0. After I hit print, it came up with a difference of something like $14,000. Then I went back and looked at past reconciliations and they are all screwed up going all the way back.

This accounting system is **%^%'ed up.
