Help - Can't Export to Excel Properly

Since the upgrade to v.11 I haven't been able to export anything from Netsuite to Excel properly.  I generate a report and hit the "Export to Microsoft Excel" button and that part works, but the document that is exported, when it is opened only contains two lines (looks like just the report title and criteria) out of all of the data that should be there....I have tried this on Firefox, Camino and Safari (mac) and it comes out the same...do I need to change something in preferences? Help, I need to export my reports...I tried exporting in .pdf and that
