Company List Gone?

Pre-V11, we could view all "Companies". Editing a "Company" allowed us to assign and manage multiple relationship types, such as Vendor, Partner, Other Name and Customer. I no longer see a GUI interface to managing "Companies" or the multiple relationship types that each "Company" may have. This was critical functionality to us, as our ecosystem tends to change over time. Customers become Vendors and Partners, etc.

Am I just missing the GUI entry point for managing multiple relationship types?
