Matching support e-mails based on individual instead of company name?

Since we can define customers as individuals instead of companies can we now match the 'customer support' e-mails matched based on individual's e-mail instead of company name? If so how?
I do not like all of my customers to go as anonymous customers since we are mostly doing business directly B2C.
