Printing Member Items on PO's

We would like to have the member items of certain assemblies printed on purchase orders. I've checked the "print items" box, but it is not functioning as expected. The member items will print on a Sales Order, but not on a Purchase Order. The help menu implies that they will print on all forms. Anyone know any special boxes that need checking somewhere in the catacombs of Netsuite that will enable this? I submitted a case to Netsuite a few months ago, but perhaps someone here might have some experience with this.
