Lists> Accounting> Payment Methods

NS instructions say to...

To create a payment method:
1.  Go to Lists> Accounting> Payment Methods > New. 
2.  Enter a name for this payment method. 
3.  If this is a credit card payment method, check the Credit Card box.

Where did "Lists> Accounting> Payment Methods" move to?  It isn't showing up in our lists.
