Professional Services Vertical

We have bought the professional services vertical but our implementation did not come with any "verticalized" centers, reports, KPI's etc.  I am wondering if there is a company out there that has purchased this vertical "version" and if so, did they get these value added features that I noted above??  We saw them in demos, just not in our actual instance!
