Beware Modified Dates Changed by v11.0.4 Update

I had Web Services relying on modified dates in entity records. The v.11.0.4 update changed all of the modified dates to 10/21/06, causing some technical problems with my web service but also costing thousands of otherwise unncessary transaction integration units.

On one hand I suppose you want to know when a record was updated by any means, but on the other hand from a business perspective it should be the last time a record was updated by a business process.
