11.0 system requirements

Does anyone know if there are minimum system requirements posted anywhere on NetSuite's website for version 11.0?  I have a client whose NetSuite is running very very slow since 11.0 and she frequently has to log out of her session and restart to get going again.  Her cpu is a 2.66 ghz with only 256mb of RAM and it is my assumpition that her RAM needs to be boosted, but I would like to find the minimum requirements for 11.0 first instead of guessing.
