Bank Reconciliation

When Netsuite upgraded to Version 11, our bank reconciliation opened multiple transactions dating back to 1996.  We were advised by Netsuite that all we needed to do was an additional reconciliation and click off all transactions and it would balance.  This did not happen.  We are $1241.00 off and due to the amount of years and not all transactions being listed we are now looking for a needle in a haystack.  When I put in another case to Netsuite, they responded with the same instructions even though I advised this was not working.

Our bank rec has been fine until now and it concerns me that we now have a balance we can not locate.
