When I quit my subscription, NetSuite stole my money
Hello all, just a quick word of warning to any of you considering quitting your NetSuite subscription - make sure you cancel their right to hit your credit card first.
Our one year subscription ends on 25 Oct 2006. On 5 Jun 2006, I emailed billing@netsuite.com letting them know I was not renewing the subscription. For good measure, I cc'd Zach Nelson and my NetSuite UK account manager letting them know the reasons I was quitting - the lousy service.
I received no acknowledgement from Billing, but I did get an acknowledgement from my account manager. (He tried to tell me that I was mad switching to Microsoft CRM, but we did and it's been great.)
