File Cabinet & Docs

Please help - I am in great need of an understanding of the File Cabinet, Attachments Received/To Send, and Templates.  I have searched NetSuite's Help links with little assistance.  Does anyone recommend a good source to use to help self-educate on the business logic of NetSuite Documents?
