Need an Alert on receipt of Return Authorization
I'd like to have an email Alert upon receipt of any Return Authorization. I've created a Saved Transaction Search where Type = Return Authorization and Status = Return Authorization:Pending Refund. The transaction search is set to Public and the Alerts tab is configured to Send on Update. Unfortunately, the alert is never triggered upon receipt of an RA even though the saved transaction search is set to Available as Alert.
I'm wondering if this is a bug, because I've setup a few Alerts in other areas of our system and they work perfectly. Maybe something to do with certain types of saved transactions?
