Global Search/ Latest Maintanance Release

Our netsuite was "fixed" over the weekend and now the global search results has both the name/Id and the name listed:  Like this:

royal home fashions, royal home fashions --for the parent

royal home fashions: royal home fashions, royal home fashions -- for the child

I am sure this works for some (maybe most of us) but for our company it is a pain and does not give us useful data.  I would love to see some flexibility in the global search results screen so that we could remove this.  Also, some warning would be nice but I guess that is too much to ask for.
