What's happened to bulk fulfilment?

Before 11.06, bulk fulfilment was instant but now I am waiting..... It is like a bulk upload of product, waiting for it to reach the front of some queue.

Please can you change it back, I have customers standing at our trade counter looking at me like I am mad because I cannot produce the bill until it has been fulfilled.
