Data Structure/Data Dictionary and Change Audit

1.  Is there a way to identify to print the current configuration for our Netsuite Setup.  I cannot find a way to output the configuration with all of our customization.

2. Is there a way to create and/or output a data dictionary?

3.  Is there a way to track set up and/or configuration changes to the system?
