Ver 2007.0 -- Any Changes to Quota System?

The one major disappointment I have in 2007.0 (based only on the Sneak Peek documents) is that I do NOT see any changes to the Quota system, nor do I see the quota issues that are outstanding listed amoung those that are fixed by 2007.0.

Although we would like to use the Qutoa system in a fairly normal or standard manner, the current system is all but totally unusable to us. For details, just do a search on "Quota".

Are threre any changes to the Quota system in 2007.0?

If not, can we expect any in the near future?
